Patrick Osu
Patrick Osu is a partner in Ajumogobia & Okeke’s corporate practice group with over 19 years varied experience in litigation, corporate commercial work and arbitration. He has significant experience and has led many transactions in aviation – aircraft leasing for over 14 years. He frequently advises International lessors and has advised many International law firms on air finance lease transactions. He also advises airlines operating in Nigeria and he regularly updates the Nigerian section on ‘Aircraft Finance’, and ‘Aircraft Liens’ published by Sweet & Maxwell. He has also contributed to sections on ‘Nigeria’ published by the Aviation Working Group (AWG) and most recently, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP’s ‘World Aircraft Repossession Index’ in 2015. Patrick has also led transactions in energy – (oil & gas and power), Private Public Partnership transactions; mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, foreign investments and intellectual property. He is a member of the International Aviation Lawyers and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London.
